About this experience
The Roots Collective, the wellness-centered block at 1400 Ogden in Capitol Hill, throws a free summer block party on July 18 with live music from The Copper Children, a Denver-rooted band whose sound blends indie-Americana, soul, and folk. Vendors, games, food, and drinks fill out the afternoon and evening, running 5 to 11 PM. The event is presented by the collective of neighbors that includes The Corner Beet, Rooted Heart Yoga, Balanced Root Apothecary, and Garden Sauna, making it as much a community gathering as a concert.
