Country Show in Laporte, Colorado: what to expect

Country shows in Laporte, Colorado: what's coming up and the local performers behind it, all hosted by people rooted in the Laporte scene.

Songs of everyday life carried by twangy electric guitar, pedal steel, and a clear storytelling vocal, rooted in honky-tonk rhythms and plainspoken lyrics.

Watch a staged performance from your seat. Performers run a planned set or program start to finish while the audience watches; a single ticketed event, not participatory.

On the calendar now: "Emma Rose & The Honkytonk Angels bring a night of honkytonk and old country music to Swing Station in Laporte, with The Lonesome Heroes playing in support".
