Friday Night Laughs: K Jay and Queen Quaymo

Queen Quaymo tells real stories and gets wild laughs out of them. Born in Indiana and based in Denver, she was a semi-finalist at Helium Comedy Club in 2025, produces the Storytime with Quaymo show, and has built an audience of five thousand on Instagram with clips from the road. Stand-up is not a hobby for her: her grandfather did it for fifty years from Chicago to Los Angeles, and she talks about the craft as legacy. She shares the bill with K Jay, a featured comedian on The Roof Entertainment's October run, and the night is hosted by Anthony Gambrell, the Denver comedian who produces Friday Night Laughs every week at The Factory. The Factory at The Ballpark is a cocktail bar on Blake Street two blocks from Coors Field. Doors open at 7:30, the show runs 8 to 10, and the cover is $10. This is a 21-and-over room. Tickets are on Eventbrite, and Queen Quaymo has offered to sell them directly by Instagram DM for anyone who wants to support her.
